MY STORY
At the core of who I am – I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. These relationships – and the journeys within them – have taught me the value of connection, resilience and navigating life's transitions together.
Charted Growth Life Coaching was shaped by years of working at the intersection of people, systems and change and pulling from my personal lived and professional experience—of navigating change, responsibility, and identity across complex systems and seasons of life.
As the parent of a neurodivergent child, former foster parent and child welfare professional, I spent years walking alongside individuals and families navigating complex systems, high responsibility and emotionally demanding environments. I witnessed firsthand how systems—while designed to help—can feel overwhelming, disorienting, and isolating without the right support. At the same time, my work in adult education, English as a Second Language instruction, and career guidance placed me beside professionals and newcomers adapting to new cultures, workplaces, and expectations.
Across these roles, I consistently worked with people who were capable, committed and resilient – yet often overwhelmed by expectations, transitions and uncharted paths. Whether navigating the large systems of special education or child welfare, adapting to cultural and workplace change or adjusting to changing professional roles, I observed how easily people can lose clarity and confidence when responsibility increases faster than support.
I created Charted Growth to support those moments when life requires steadiness rather than speed. My work is grounded in the belief that growth does not require rushing forward—but rather learning to navigate with intention and understanding.
At Charted Growth, I believe that while change is inevitable, isolation is not. With the right guidance, tools and support, individuals can move through transition with courage and purpose finding strength for the journey and support along the way.
